There are few words that could describe this day. I had little expectations because of my disease and how debilitating my hearing has gotten. When I sat down to be finally fitted for my new aids, I heard a voice, and then another voice. After I realized, I was hugging his neck with tears of joy and gratitude for what he has done for me.
